Complaints
At Simpsons Solicitors we are committed to providing a high-quality legal service and to dealing with our clients fairly. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
In the first instance we would ask that you contact the person handling your case about any issues that you may have and we will endeavour to resolve your concerns. If however, you wish to make a formal complaint then we will provide you with our formal complaints handling procedure, and your complaint will be investigated by a member of our team.
Legal Ombudsman
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, then you can refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, who will independently consider and investigate your complaint. Any complaint to the Legal Ombudsman must usually be made within six months of the date of our final decision on your complaint, but for further information you should contact the Legal Ombudsman directly.
